The Elkhorn Police Department relies upon citizens to work with them as partners in identifying perpetrators of crimes and bringing them to justice. While direct reporting to the police is the most desirable way of doing this, the police department recognizes that, for a variety of reasons, not all citizens are comfortable doing this. Select "Submit a New Tip" and follow the instructions on how to submit a tip. Tips submitted through this method are encrypted, entirely confidential, completely anonymous and they are immediately and securely transmitted. Tipsters are eligible to receive a cash reward.
