Sealed bids/proposals from qualified independent contractors will be received by email or in-person until 2:00p.m. CST on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Bids received after the time set for receipt will not be accepted. Only lump-sum, single-prime bids will be received. Project work consists of reflooring the lobby, two entrance breezeways, and two restrooms with ceramic tiles. Add-Alternate is re-flooring the Community Room as well.
