The City of Elkhorn is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide vehicle maintenance and repair services for the Elkhorn Police Department fleet.

Proposals may be mailed or delivered electronically. All proposals must be received by no later than 8:00 am on Friday, April 3, 2026. Proposals delivered or received after the submittal deadline will be deemed late and rejected. There are no exceptions to this requirement. 

If submitting a proposal by mail, the proposal must be placed in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Sealed Proposal for RFP- Vehicle Maintenance Services” and addressed to the following:
