2026/2027 Registration Opens February 16th!

STUDENTS: Available only to Jackson Elementary and West Side Elementary students. Bussing is only currently available to and from the Rec Center for these schools.
LOCATION: Elkhorn Recreation Center
MORNING: 7:00AM until the bus picks up from the Rec Center.
AFTERNOON: Bus drop off at the Rec Center until 5:30PM.
DATES: September 8 - May 27 during the times above, and only on days when the EASD is holding classes.
ATTENDANCE: We do not prorate for any absences, planned or sick days. When the Elkhorn School District is closed, we are closed (snow days, holidays, scheduled no school days).
DEPOSIT: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
PAYMENT PLAN: Three options are available in the payment plan: 1. Pay in full, 2. Pay 1/2 in August and 1/2 in January, 4. Pay monthly August - April.
A valid credit/debit card MUST be on file for these payments. It will be automatically charged according to the dates and amounts agreed to on your payment plan. There is a 3.3% processing fee when a card is charged. You can bypass this fee by coming in to pay by cash or check a minimum of 2 business days prior your due date.
REGISTER: The $50 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time you register and reserve your child's spot. If you start during the school year, the first month's fee is also due at the time of registration. Please call 262-741-5114 during office hours (8:00AM-4:30PM Mon.-Fri.).
Registration Information
All registrations must be completed through the Elkhorn Recreation Center. To finalize enrollment, families are required to submit a signed payment/agreement plan, a $50 non-refundable deposit, and have a card on file for automatic payment processing. Please note that registration is not considered complete until all of these items have been received.

The payment table above reflects the cost per child for the 2026–27 school year. Families may choose from the following payment options:
- Pay in full
- Split payments: ½ in August and ½ in January
- Monthly payments from August–May (charged on the 15th of each month)
